Exchange / Return Policy : 

All vintage & secondhand items are preloved and due to their delicate nature, subtle flaws and natural signs of wear are to be expected. Please be gentle & treat with care. Reach out with any questions. All sales are final, we can not accommodate returns or cancellations.

Please read the item descriptions carefully upon placing your order, as pieces are sold 'as is’. If you have an inquiry about an item please email us at shopevocativevintage@gmail.com

 

Shipping : 

Free U.S. shipping on orders $100 or more. Orders ship within 1-3 business days via USPS Mail and you will receive a tracking number once the label is created. Since your item will be coming from an international destination, please allow additional days for delivery.

Please note that incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses may result in your package being returned or abandoned. Evocative Vintage is not responsible for any lost or stolen mail and it is up to the customer to make a claim with their local post office. Any return shipping fees or loss of item is to be covered by the customer if this occurs.
